I am getting bored of MSTS a little so i decided i want to spice things up a little I want to create a fictional Transit RR, but I need the folllowing:

1) A painter to Repaint the Stocks that I need

then you should be running Midtown Maddness 2. i know some great sites with tons of buses.

You could use ms paint for a simple editing job... you might want to google search "how to repaint trains on MSTS" for a long to do list...

I love buses too, especially articulated buses and Prevost coach buses.
