wow, nice shots! wish I could download them can u make the 4213 with an extra-loud turbo like it had a while back? You could hear it 4 miles away from the station after it left!!! -Dan

Really, I didn't knew it actually blew. You'd think they'd fix it b4 that. So what was it like? Were you throttled up accelerating out of a station, and suddenly, bang? Our MBTA 1131 was recently shopped for a bad turbo. That thing drove me nuts. Now it's sitting outside Boston Engine Terminal, dead in the water, and it won't load up enough to move itself out of the way.

Dan, I was running at 80MPH when she blew. Oil was all over the place, a photo is on the net somehwere, I will try to find it for you.

What happened with the turbo was that one of the blades in side the chamber broke off at a very high rate of speed and that destroyed the whole componet and that made the oil spill all over the engine!
