Can someone make the Amtrak E60C?

I kno trainsim.com released an updated version, but it still *** as well as the default version from the actual game. The updated one from the NEC megapack looks nice ,but the lighting quality and effect is extremely poor. In the nighttime, when you turn on headlights, it looks like up front the lights are on but when u move the cam to upfront, there's nothing on...
The default may have proper lighting ,but the outside look is ugly
