NJ Transit questions

Hey all,

I'm in the midst of creating a set of updated WAG and ENG files for all of Kurt's NJ Transit equipment, and I have a pair of questions to ask.

Does NJT stock use graduated release brakes?
Do NJT's locos use blended brakes?
