Two Questions/comments

I wanted to know what program you used to paint those septa comet II and III coach cars. I had them downloaded a while ago but since then, I could not find them anywhere. Not even online. With that said I would like to repaint the njt comet 2 and 3 coach cars and the comet 2 cab cars to the septa paint scheme.

I also wanted to know if there is another site that has the mp36ph-3S.set file for download or if it is only available for download here.
